Sakshi Kamble (2023 – Current)

  • Integrated BS-MS: Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Thiruvananthapuram

Sakshi hails from vibrant landscapes of India. She’s alumna of IISER Thiruvananthapuram holding a dual degree BS-MS in Chemistry and Physics. Her master’s thesis was with Prof. Sukhendu Mandal, on Self Transformation of Thiolate Protected Gold Nanoclusters. Driven by an insatiable curiosity, Sakshi is a budding scientist and her current research involves the ligand exchange approach for studying the functionality of nanoclusters. When not meticulously experimenting in the lab or huddled around the fume hood, Sakshi finds solace in leisurely walks, exploring new places and the soul-soothing melodies of her favorite songs.
